History of the Company
Greyhound Lubricants is the company that decided to complement our B2B business model with Greyhound Lubricants. In March 2021, we opened our 1st retail branch, Greyhound Auto Retail to offer exceptional B2C services to individual customers as customer service levels on average are on the all low in South Africa.
Our Value System
Customer service and sales go hand-in-hand, you can’t have one without the other. Most companies spend most of their time thinking about new customers and forgetting their existing ones, not realising the high costs of customer acquisition and the potential of goodwill being lost in the process.
