Safety equipment is the cheapest insurance in a workshop. Eye injuries from grinding and chemical burns from degreasers are both common and both entirely preventable.

Greyhound Auto Retail stocks safety glasses and goggles, work gloves and chemical-resistant gloves, dust masks and respirators, ear protection and high-visibility items. Wear eye protection for anything involving a grinder, and gloves rated for solvents rather than general work gloves when handling chemicals.

Bulk quantities are available for workshops and sites. Delivery is nationwide across South Africa.
