FRAM FSA5057 fuel filter cartridge: the element for the FSA1000 and CF1000 housings
The FRAM FSA5057 fuel filter is the replacement cartridge for the 1 inch BSP in-line fuel filter and water separator housings sold as the FRAM FSA1000 and the GUD CF1000. It is the same element as the GUD G1000, so either brand fits either housing. Supplied with the bowl seal.

- Bulk diesel tanks on farms, mines and fleet depots with a CF1000 or FSA1000 first-stage filter
- Diesel bowsers, transfer pumps and dispensing points

When to change it
Change the cartridge at least once a season, sooner on dirty or stored fuel, and whenever flow drops at the nozzle. Drain water from the bowl between changes. To fit: unscrew the bowl, lift out the old cartridge, seat the new one with the fresh seal, and refit the bowl by hand. If the bowl is cracked or clouded, the CF1000P replacement bowl is available on request.
Why buy from Greyhound Auto Retail
We stock the housing, both cartridge brands and the bowl, so a fuel point is one order. Genuine FRAM stock in FRAM packaging (FRAM website). Keep two on the shelf per tank; the cartridge is the part that runs out at the wrong moment.
