Bosch A282H Rear Wiper Blade, 11 inch (280 mm)
Fits, according to Bosch South Africa fitment data: VW Polo (2009 onwards), VW Golf VI and Golf VII hatchback (2008 to 2017), Golf VII Estate and Golf Sportsvan (2013 to 2020), VW Touran (2015 to 2023), Audi A1 Sportback (2011 onwards), Mercedes-Benz GLB (2019 onwards) and E-Class Estate (2019 onwards). Rear blades are model specific. Confirm your model year against your current blade or owner’s manual before ordering.
The Bosch A282H is the direct-fit Aerotwin Rear flat blade Bosch specifies for the vehicles listed above. Rear wipers work harder than most people think: they sit in the dust and spray thrown up by the car, get baked in the sun and are used dry far more often than the front blades. When the rear blade starts to smear, replacing it with the correct Bosch part takes two minutes and restores the view you rely on when reversing in the rain.
Why fit the genuine Bosch rear blade
- Exact fitting for the arm: rear arms are not standardised, so the A282H comes with the correct fitting for the cars listed and needs no adaptors.
- Correct length: 11 inch / 280 mm, matching the factory blade so it clears the trim and the wash jet.
- Flat Aerotwin design: no frame, even pressure along the whole blade and a low profile that suits modern tailgates.
- Bosch order number 3397008634, the same reference your dealer would use.
Find your size
Use the wiper blade size guide under the Add to cart button: pick your make and model and it shows the driver, passenger and rear sizes with one click to the right blade. Or measure your current blade tip to tip: 1 inch is 25 mm. Sizes from the guide are a suggestion. Confirm against your owner’s manual or your current blades before ordering.

Questions we get asked
My car is not on the list. Will the A282H fit? Not necessarily. Rear fittings vary even between years of the same model. Send us your registration number and we will check the Bosch data for you.
Can I fit a front blade on the rear arm? Usually not. Rear arms use their own fittings and shorter lengths, which is why Bosch makes dedicated rear blades.
Do you sell the front blades as well? Yes, every Bosch front range from 13 to 28 inch. Use the size guide on this page to get all three blades right in one order.
