The Ferodo FDB4425 front brake pads are the front axle disc brake pad set for the Audi S3 8V (2013 to 2021), VW Arteon, Passat B7 and B8, Passat CC, Tiguan 2 and Tiguan Allspace with the 340 mm front discs (same pad shape as the Golf 7 R and GTI Performance, confirm by OE number). One box covers both front wheels: four pads, left and right.

Fitting and bedding in

Check the discs for lip wear and scoring before fitting new pads; a worn disc eats a new pad in weeks. Clean the caliper slides, grease the pad ears with brake grease, and torque the caliper bolts to spec. Bed the pads in with ten gentle stops from 60 km/h, no hard braking for the first 200 km, and expect a little more pedal travel until they seat.
