A 600mm manual tile cutter handles ceramic and most porcelain tiles without the mess of a wet saw, and 600mm of rail means you can take a diagonal cut across a 600 by 600 tile. Score once, firmly and in a single pass, then snap. Going over the same score line two or three times is the usual reason a cut chips.

Keep the scoring wheel clean and replace it once cuts start needing extra pressure. For mitres, curves and very hard porcelain you still want a wet saw. Nationwide delivery across South Africa.
