Victor Reinz REINZOSIL Universal Sealing Compound 70ml | RTV Silicone (Sensor Safe)
Victor Reinz REINZOSIL is an anthracite, solvent-free RTV silicone sealing compound developed for OEM-style sealing where components were originally sealed with RTV. Once cured, it forms a highly elastic gasket layer that helps seal covers and housings while coping with vibration and thermal cycling. REINZOSIL is suitable for continuous operation up to +320°C. It is designed to be sensor safe with acid-free curing and low odour, making it ideal for modern vehicle use.
Main applications: oil pans, valve covers, timing covers, intake manifold corners, thermostat housings, gearboxes & differential housings. It’s also commonly used at gasket intersections and “problem corners” where additional sealing support is needed.
